Vintage Sunbeam Waffle Maker - Timewarp 1982 New In Box

I'm a professional business seller on here but actually selling this for my neighbor. They got this waffle maker way back in 1982 as a wedding gift when they got married. Neither of them enjoy waffles so this went straight to the attic...They are now downsizing and this has just been rediscovered after almost half a century - They have asked me to sell it for them.
The waffle maker in the photos is the one that you'll recieve. As you can see it's in brand new condition - They never even took it out of the box! I took photos as I took it out of the box for the first ever time. Back in the 80's electrical items were sold without the plug so I've included a brand new, modern safety one (unconnected)
It has become incredibly difficult to find a fully functional of one of these. You can get a broken/smashed one for as little as £30 (fine as a display piece but not much fun and the waffles will be somewhat liquidy!). Old, working ones are trending at £50 - £60. A mint, boxed, complete and brand new one like this almost never appears on the open market. If you're looking for one of these as an actual, working waffle maker you will not find a better example on Earth Than this one - it's quite a find!

Condition
Mint. The outer part of the box is a bit tatty on the corners - nothing you wouldn't expect after 50 years in an attic. As it was never opened the waffle maker itself and all components are perfect and come in all the original packaging. As mentioned above I've included a new safety plug in to ensure it's safe and fully operational.
