It's a lined pullover jacket made from a nylon shell so lightweight and designed to be a waterproof outer layer over other clothing.

As you probably know PS sizing is all over the place depending on the cut and style of the garment - this is definitely a regular fit. As a business seller we accept all returns without question but it's a hassle for both of us.
