We sell thousands of Paul Smith pieces on here every year, but the sizing label on this shirt is even more misleading than usual!

Brand new with all tags attached, featuring all the appropriate PS embellishments (sales tags, tabs, embossed buttons, badge, etc.) and all the usual PS designer quirks. 100% authentic! NOW THE SIZING PART...

If you're familiar with Paul Smith, you'll already be aware that their sizing can be somewhat random, depending on the cut and style of the piece. Therefore, I measure each item individually to provide an accurate size and avoid any confusion!

Please see the photos, which form part of the description. As you can see, the pit-to-pit measurement is actually 22 inches across. Please also be aware that this is a loose-fit shirt.

THIS IS WHERE THE CONFUSION SETS IN...

The label states that it's a 15.5-inch collar and a Mayfair cut (which is usually a slim fit). However, this is definitely a casual shirt, designed to be worn untucked because of the blue stripe detail across the bottom. In effect, it's an overshirt, so the fit is very relaxed and loose.

You wouldn't normally wear a tie with this style of shirt. The collar measures approximately 18 inches, and the chest is obviously much roomier than you'd expect from a standard Paul Smith size M shirt.

My suspicion is that this is actually a Mayfair overshirt, which would explain the much looser fit. Either way, please don't rely on the sizing label – the actual measurements and fit are what matter!

It's worth comparing the measurements with one of your own shirts to ensure a perfect fit. We accept all returns, but it's much easier to get it right first time!
