If you're familiar with Paul Smith, you'll already be aware that their sizing is somewhat random depending on the cut/style of the piece. Thus, I measure each item individually to provide an accurate size and avoid any confusion! Please see pics, which form part of the description. As you can see, the pit-to-pit measurement is actually 20 inches across. Please also be aware that this is a slim-fit shirt. It's worth comparing with one of your own shirts to ensure a perfect fit - we accept all returns, but it's a lot easier to get it right first time!
