If you're familiar with Paul Smith, you'll already be aware that their sizing can be somewhat random, depending on the cut and style of the piece. Therefore, I measure each item individually to provide an accurate size and avoid any confusion!

Please also be aware that this is a tailored/slim-fit shirt. It's worth comparing the measurements with one of your own shirts to ensure a perfect fit. We accept all returns, but it's much easier to get it right first time!
