This is a complete collection. It was assembled between 14th September 1984 and 5th October 1985, by a collector in Liverpool, UK. It consists of 54 individual postcards, each mounted on its own card page together with the official fronispeice, protected by plastic wallets and contained in the official binder.
This was a postal collection scheme, and importantly each postcard was posted from the state which the signatory represented (for example, the Benjamin Franklin postcard was posted from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). It is addressed to the Liverpool based collector and has been meticulously mounted, assembled and protected - it is in absolutely stunning condition!
