If you're reading this then you'll already know how rare this jacket is.

We sell thousands of vintage pieces every year but this is something very, very special. It's not the first time in fifteen years of trading that I've come across an early 1980's women's leather biker jacket in outstanding condition like this one. What sets this apart is the colour - we've never seen one in this stunning cream colour. I doubt you'll ever see one of these again elsewhere.

The jacket has no labels but we can tell it was handmade in Britain by the stitching, quality of the leather and the diamond quilted lining - very much a feature of British design back then before everyone (China) started copying it. It was designed as a proper motorcycle jacket as the leather is very thick and tough - not a fashion item but a proper motorcycle jacket.

Nb - the jacket in the photos is the one that you'll recieve. As you can see it's in outstanding condition (more on this below). It's quite a small sizing so please check the measurements below to ensure a perfect fit. We accept all returns but posting stuff back is a hassle for both of us - much easier to get it right first time!

This has been very difficult to price as nothing like this has appeared on the market in the last two years. The closest I can find is a Chinese made one that sold on depop for £200! (Even though this is a unique jacket I think that's too expensive!) - so I've kept the price as low as possible for a quick sale.

Condition

This is the best part! For a forty year old item its in remarkable condition. It was made using the best materials available at the time so there are no rips, no loose stitching, no wear and all zips and poppers present and working. It's a cream leather jacket so there are some marks here and there and around the cuffs - all can easily be wiped away to make it pristine again but I wanted to leave it as it is - the marks add character! Overall, I'd give it a 9/10.
