If you're reading this then you'll already know exactly what you're looking at.
This is the legendary Panasonic NV-M10 VHS Video Recorder from the early 1980's. One of the first of its kind and definitely the top of the range model available on the market at time of release. A fully tested and complete one of these recently sold for over £200 on eBay so grab a serious bargain!
This example however, is untested and incomplete. I bought it as a bit of a punt without looking inside the case properly (had a quick look and saw the camera & some wires so thought it would be ok - it wasn't!). It originally came with a battery charger which is missing! Also, there is no battery either. As such, I haven't been able to test it as I can't power it up
The camera in the photos is the one that you'll recieve. Cosmetically it's in outstanding condition. This has obviously been very well looked after and always kept in it's case which is why it's surprising that the charger and battery are missing - everything else is present: case, shoulder strap, microphone and all appear to be in perfect condition. No cracks in the body, no missing switches or buttons, everything turns and moves exactly as it should.
So...you'll need to find a battery and charger. Probably an item for someone who knows this model and can find a battery and charger (or even already has one that doesnt work). Obviously, I have no idea if it works as I can't test it so I've listed it as spares or repairs - this is reflected in the ridiculously low price. Get it working and you'll have a really lovely machine on your hands! (Nb - the case alone is worth £30 so this really is a good price for one of these!)
