Thos model was standard prison issue back in the 90's and this one originally came from a now retired Officer who was working at HMP Strangeways (now HMP Manchester) 

As you'd expect with any prison issue piece of equipment it's extremely tough - made from thick cowhide with a rivet attached belt loop at the back and snap closure for quick and easy access in any fast developing situation where tensions can run high.

This sale is for the case only - there are no handcuffs included. Please checknthe pics for exact sizing. Obviously designed for cuffs but you can easily use it for cash. Cards, coins or a smaller mobile phone.
