Boho Wood Wall Art 3D Black 'Silver Moon' Abstract Bauhaus Style Size XL 1990's

This is a very unusual piece of art from the mid 1990's. It was bought from a dealer in London but unfortunately we don't know the artists name.

I've searched everywhere online to identify the piece and  have discovered that it's called 'Silver Moon'. The style is definitely minimalist Bauhaus - its basically a white base with black over the top so it shimmers depending on the light. Its a 3D piece so the Moon looks stunning from all aspects and the shadows created depending on the lighting direction and conditions make it a real standout piece. More of a 3D, wall mounted sculpture than a standard picture.

I'm no art critic but I know what looks good and this would make a fine centrepiece in the right setting.

The artwork in the photos is the one that you'll recieve. Please bear in mind this is big....its massive!

It measures 90 x 90cm and has a depth of 5cm so you'll need plenty of space to hang it where it can be appreciated properly

Also, its made of wood. I can't be certain bit it's far too heavy to be pine. Definitely a hardwood as it weighs just over 20kg!

This was always hung on a wall so remains in perfect condition with no chips in the paint and no cracks in the wood
