Antique C1870s Crystal Inkwell Square Cut France Silver Over Brass Fittings

The Inkwell in the photos is the one that you'll recieve.
I'm not an antiques specialist so took it to a local dealer. He had a look and said he's sure it's French, from around 1870, square cut crystal with silver plated brass fittings.
Condition is very good - still completely usable as an Inkwell today. So.e wear on the Fittings where the brass is coming through from many years of use. The glass is generally very good but when you look very closely there are a few 0.5mm chips on the edges of the facets.
Overall, a beautiful item that loose stunning when the light catches it. These are getting hard to find now and can sell for well over £150 so grab a serious bargain!
