Vintage Roberts Radio R200 Green Transistor 1960's - Display Piece Shabby Rat

If you're reading this then you'll already know exactly what you're looking at.

This is the legendary Roberts R200 Transistor radio - a ubiquitous item in the 1960's and still a highly regarded model half a century ago!

Ones in very good condition and working order tend to sell for between £40 and £50.

This one is definitely not in good condition and I have no idea if it works (although I strongly doubt it does!). I picked up a few of these from a garage sale - they've all been left in the garage for decades so have developed a shabby/rat look (I think that's what they call it). There are scuffs & scratches all over the casing and the insides look rusty. Theoretically, you could spend hours making it look pristine, get it working and it would make a nice project if you have the time but I personally think this would be far better suited as a display piece. It would look amazing in any bar, club, shop or man cave and would make a great talking point.
