The figurine was kept in a sealed display cabinet and never taken out (as it was sealed there was no dust so it didn't even need to be removed for cleaning!). It is in pristine condition and identical to the day it was created. No cracks, no chips and as the cabinet was in a dark room there is no fading or sun damage. It's indistinguishable from a brand new one. This makes it a medium sized parcel which is obviously much bigger than the standard small size and it's £2 more expensive. A small price to pay to ensure your item arrives in one piece.
