Very rare opportunity to own a set of three KEF SP3375 speakers (AKA Eggs) - definitely one for a true audiophile. The speakers in the first few photos are the set you'll recieve (the rest are repainted - more info below)
We've fully tested them and they still sound as clean and clear as the day they were built. We test all the speakers in a former church hall and these sound truly Biblical!
Not a cheap item so if you haven't already owned a set of these before I highly recommend you check some reviews online. Also, there are loads of videos on YouTube if you want to see them in action - these are VERY highly regarded so they have something of a cult following.
Nb - I'm a professional business seller on Ebay but am actually selling these for a friend (he wants to go bluetooth - big mistake as it always falls out of sync, he'll have to learn the hard way. Fine for audio, never works properly with video).
Whilst the speakers sound perfect he's been quite careless with them when he was painting his house - they all have paint spots and plenty of scuffs from when he's moved them around. Obviously, this is just a cosmetic issue and doesn't affect the performance or sound quality whatsoever. I was going to re-spray them myself but sadly dont have the time to deal with them (I've had them for over a year now....if I was going to paint them I'd have done it by now).
I highly recommend that you get them repainted yourself as they look incredible when done. You can either do this yourself (loads of guides available online and in youtube) or have a look on ebay - there's a fellow seller who sells these refurbished and repainted. Not sure what he charges but they look simply magnificent! I hope he doesn't mind but I've included a couple of his pics to give you an idea of how they look when finished - obviously, you'd pick your own colour. He's obviously very talented and will transform the look completely.
Normal price for a set of 3 of these seems to range from about £80 for ones in this condition (working fine, need cosmetic attention) all the way to £200 for a fully refurbished set. These obviously could do with some work so I've kept the price 20% below trending for a faster sale.
