Condition

I'm a registered business seller on ebay but selling these for a friend. Even though they're a 25 year old pair of sunglasses they are still in excellent condition but she used to keep them on the dashboard of her car, uncased. As she drove around the sunglasses would move around and this has resulted in plenty of scratches on the front of the lenses. I've looked into getting them repaired....apparently you can put on toothpaste which buffs out scratches but I personally don't want to start messing about with this - if I did it would look like I'm trying to hide an issue! You could try the toothpaste trick but for such a rare and expensive pair of sunglasses I'd just get new lenses fitted - £30 at your local optician (even less if you send them away). You can still see fine out of glasses as they are but why wouldn't you want to get them back to being mint? Obviously, this is extra work for you but I've knocked off £90 for your trouble

Thats the bad bid out of the way - I'd rather be honest about these things - now the good bit. The frames and case are in excellent condition. Obviously, not brand new but no cracks, bends or damage. Get the lenses sorted and you'll have a fabulous pair of retro Gucci sunglasses at half the normal price!
