GARRARD Speakers GA 100S Bookshelf 30 Watt Vintage 1960's - Tested Fully Working

This is an incredibly rare set of Garrard GA 100S speakers from the 1960's. A very highly regarded model sixty years ago they still hold their own against most modern equivalents.

We purchase interesting objects from around the country and sell them on to collectors and enthusiasts worldwide (see my other 2000 listings and feedback!). The speakers have been tested and are fully working.

Very difficult to price as a set of these haven't come up on the global market for the last five years so I can't find a price comparison! The closest I could get is a set of GA 155s which, to be honest, are in pretty rough condition. The seller wants £80 for them. Personally, I think that's a bit expensive so am selling this set for 25% less. We sell quite a few Garrard turntables but I suspect hardly any of the speakers have survived from this era - oddly, they're a lot harder to find than the turntables!

Condition

Very good  all around. They weren't 'abused' so the sound quality remains as it was when they were new. Cosmetic condition is also very good. There are a couple of scuffs on the metal grills but that's it. The plastic casing is very good eith no cracks and the cables are fine too
