I suspect this was owned by a child who was either very, very careful with his toys (unlikely) or just had no interest in this piece and hardly ever used it. The truck and all accessories are in excellent condition - they don't look like they've been used much. Apart from some very minor scuffs in the paint it's basically mint. Most importantly, the fragile thread which operates the Lift is present, intact and fully working - it's a nightmare trying to repair this function so a big bonus! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0;\"\u003eThe box is less good. It was stored in a dry attic for decades so has some light wear on the corners but one end has completely come away. Not perfect but after 60 years no surprise. Prices seem to range from £15 for an absolutely battered, late one with half the accessories missing to £70 for a good, boxed, early one like this (some lunatic is asking for £200...good luck with that, he'll need it!).
